Cups and Glasses' policy is to provide our customers with quality products and excellent Customer Service. We make every effort to be sure that orders are filled accurately and completely and are shipped in a timely manner. We are committed to maintaining a good working relationship with you.

Our commitment to our customers is to provide you with quality products and to ensure that our Customer Service is meeting your needs. We make every effort to make sure that orders are filled accurately and completely and shipped in a timely manner. If you feel that an error has been made on our part, and are not satisfied with your products, please Contact Us.

RETURN POLICY...

If any glassware that you receive does not meet your expectations, please use the Contact Us page to notify Cups and Glasses so that suitable arrangements can be made with you. We will refund your money, replace the items or give you store credit.

All returns of merchandise must be approved by our Customer Service Reps and returned to us within 30 days of receipt. If you have an item to return, please Contact Us for authorization to return an item(s). All returns must include the "Return Authorization" code, the original invoice number and reason for return.

Returned merchandise must be received in good condition to be accepted by us. Unless an item was received due to our error, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges for the return. We will notify you when we have received and processed the return.

BACKORDERS...

If there is any item that is out-of-stock at time of order, we will make every attempt to contact you via e-mail or phone, to consult with you as to how you would like to have your order fulfilled. In the unlikely event that you do not hear from us, or your order doesn't arrive in the time expected, please Contact Us so that we may find out what has happened with your order.

DAMAGED SHIPMENT...

Our shipments are in good condition when shipped. If you receive a package that is broken or damaged or in a "non-acceptable" condition, please DO NOT ACCEPT it from the delivery company. If they do not accept a refused shipment make sure that the delivery person makes a note of it, in any case a claim will need to be filed with the shipper, so you will need to Contact Us.

If any glassware arrives damaged that goes unnoticed at the time of delivery, a claim needs to be filed with the shipper, so please Contact Us. In the meantime, we will refund your money, replace the items or give you store credit. Retain all shipping material. Discarding shipping material may void any claim.

PRIVACY...

Your privacy is our concern, as it is yours. We will not share or sell your information and your credit card information is secure. Please see our complete section about your privacy.

SALE ITEMS/CLOSEOUTS/"SPECIALS"...

All Sale Items, Closeouts and "Specials" are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.

CupsAndGlasses.com makes no warranties, expressed or implied, as to the suitability of any specific product for use in secondary products or the actual results of its use in any such products. CupsAndGlasses.com expressly disclaims any and all liability resulting from the use of these products and/or use of any secondary products produced thereby. We have not tested every possible combination or formulation that can be made with the products that we sell. Nor can we test each new batch or lot.
